CBS 12 to air Spanish Station “Mi Pueblo TV” on their Digital Channel

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – April 2, 2009 - WPEC-TV CBS 12 News will broadcast Spanish Language Television Station “Mi Pueblo TV” on their digital channel, 12.2, effective April 6.

Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast are home to more than 300,000 Hispanics, which makes it the fourth largest market of Hispanic residents in all of Florida. Hispanics account for 12 percent of all television homes in the DMA, and 18 percent in West Palm Beach.

CBS 12’s digital channel, 12.2, can be seen on channel #212 on Comcast and channel #195 on Hometown Cable Plus.

CBS12 is the CBS station serving Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River and Okeechobee counties, the nation’s 38th largest television market.
