Search Engine Optimization

Advertiser Campaign Goal:

Our client wanted to ensure that they were highly ranked in the major search engines when consumers were actively looking for the kind of real estate services our client offers.  Our client’s services were not listed in the first 10 pages of Google, Yahoo, and MSN search engines for relevant real estate searches.  In order to generate top of mind awareness, as well as qualified leads, our client asked for our help to optimize their visibility in all three major search engines.

Strategy and Solution:

We created a search engine marketing package that would help our client achieve much better visibility for their real estate services across all major search engines.  This package included a search engine marketing campaign for local real estate searches, an optimized profile page, a budgeted pay per click campaign, a 1-800 tracking number, and a yellow page listing.

  • We used keywords to optimize our client’s paid advertising across search engines.
  • We created their profile page to affiliate our client with the newspaper and bring our client higher results.
  • We created a yellow page listing on both the newspaper site and portal web site to increase traffic to our client’s site.
  • We provided our client with a 1-800 tracking number to show progress with their profile page.

Results of the Campaign:

  • Within the first month, our client had improved their search results dramatically - ranking on at least the third page of results in MSN, Google, and Yahoo.
  • Their pay per click advertising proved even more successful – our client was featured at the top of the results thanks to their profile page.
  • By the end of their three-month contract, our client was ranking on the first pages of Google, Yahoo, and MSN for relevant real estate searches.
  • The traffic to our client’s website had increased dramatically and the awareness of our client’s company was being recognized online.
